Light Vacancy Clean
This is where we come in and wipe down the kitchen and bathroom countertops and walls, vacuum, dust, mop, cleaning of the toilet, tub and sink and any mirrors,as well as taking any trash out. This is just an overview. I supply a checklist that has all the tasks we perform on a light clean.
Deep Vacancy Clean
This is where we come in and do a good detailed deep clean. This is all that is listed in the light clean but we also clean the refrigerator and oven. Any furniture that stays will be moved to fully clean behind and underneath (this also includes appliances such as refrigerators and stoves). Inside cabinet cleaning. Cleaning ceiling fans and blinds. Cleaning baseboards, window frames and door frames.Fully sanitizing and disinfecting the residence. There is a checklist for deep cleans allowing you to see all that has been completed.
